My name is Kanndra and I created VeFit. I am a wife, a mother, and a proud business owner. To say the least, life is busy! After having my last child, I found myself living with no regards to my health. I knew better at the time due to the fact that I lost my father at early age to a heart attack. I knew I had to make a change. The lifestyle I was living led me to become the heaviest weight in my life. After seeing a picture of myself, I decided that day I would no longer look nor feel that way again. My journey began that day!
From that day I have changed my mind, my eating habits, and my body. I did not take any diet supplements, shakes, count calories, carbs, or any of the typical diet regimens. I simply educated myself on the type of foods that my body requires to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Along with changing my eating habits, I began creating at home workouts.
I am here to share with you the tips I have learned along the way, and most importantly what your body needs to get healthy. Let me help you help yourself!
