This delicious and healthy meal will have you wanting more!
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 whole ripe banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Granola of choice
First pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. While that is warming up clean your sweet potato properly.
Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Poke a few holes in your potato with a fork. Place on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 35-40 minutes or until potato is soft.
Remove the potato from the oven and let stand for about 5 minutes. While that is cooling slice your entire banana and set aside.
Once your potato has had a moment to cool off, slice it down the middle to open the potato. Place your sliced bananas inside. You can then sprinkle your cinnamon, brown sugar, granola on top, and drizzle with the maple syrup. Serve
