This delicious goodness in a jar can be a quick ready to go breakfast or sweet snack! It's simple, delicious, and nutritious.
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 cup frozen rasberries
- 1 tbsp maple granola
- 1 tbsp salted caramel sauce
Place fruit in container and into the freezer.
Blend all ingredients until smooth except for the chia seeds, granola, and caramel.
Fold in the chia seeds.
Pour mixture into a jar and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or over night.
When ready pour the chia seed pudding into the bottom of a jar. Add a layer of caramel sauce.
Add a layer of frozen raspberries, and then add another layer of chia seed pudding.
Top with frozen blackberries, blueberries, and remaining raspberries.
Sprinkle with granola and drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
