Chocolate peanut butter oats
Calling All Chocolate Lovers
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup vegan plain yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 -2 tbsp granola of choice
1-2 tbsp small peanut butter cups
- Cook oats in one cup boiling water. Once oats are cooked remove from heat add milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, peanut butter and cocoa.
- Once mixed top with sliced banana, granola, and peanut butter cups. Enjoy!
